Everyone knows SF/Bay Area is a difficult market. It’s almost impossible to find everything in your criteria that also fits in the budget. Nearly everything goes over budget. That said, while no real estate agent can perform miracles, I can say Dulmaa, at the very least eases the aggravation of house-hunting. She’s a no-BS agent who has a great set of listings to show and will be mindful of your time. When I first started my search, she quickly scoured the market, took me on an initial hunt, read my reactions – a mix of excitement and some disappointment, then regrouped to show me what I eventually went with. While she was great at helping me find what was reasonable and setting expectations, through the final closing process she was also knowledgeable. I had to compromise and bring down my “unicorn home” expectations, but I got the main things I was looking for – location, view, and in-budget. I had to compromise on size and update the look to modernize and go with my taste but hey, that’s SF! Thanks to Dulmaa I have a home in SF I’m happy with. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is savvy, personable, and well-informed."
