"The measures of a great agent shine through when times are hard. I owned a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo unit in a high-rise building in Mission Bay and lived in it for 10 years prior to 2020. I was renting out my unit when SIP started. Six months into the lease my tenants broke the lease and skipped town, I tried unsuccessfully to find renters, and decided finally to put it on the market for sale in August. We knew the condo market, especially near downtown, would be slow, but it was even worse than we imagined. The booming Mission Bay market had literally frozen overnight! Christian had the work cut out for him. He recommended professional staging even if there aren’t open houses, so it will stand out amongst many units on the market, he also prepared extensive marketing materials to sell the neighborhood. Even though he was very busy, he made himself available for every showing, gave us feedback afterward, and followed up with potential buyers after the showings. My unit was on the market for over 4 months (in the contract for 2 months), which was less than the average time of over 6 months for similar properties. Once in contract, Christian worked tirelessly with the buyer's agent, who was overseas and also helped facilitate the loan process. The work ethic and patience we saw were amazing! It’s not a surprise, in a booming housing market, to find many great agents. But you want an agent who keeps being great when things are not looking great."

"Dulmaa is an expert at the art of listening to understand your needs, key demands, what would or wouldn’t fit with your personality, and of course, abiding by budget constraints. Everyone knows SF/Bay Area is a difficult market. It’s almost impossible to find everything in your criteria that also fits in the budget. Nearly everything goes over budget. That said, while no real estate agent can perform miracles, I can say Dulmaa, at the very least eases the aggravation of house-hunting. She’s a no-BS agent who has a great set of listings to show and will be mindful of your time. When I first started my search, she quickly scoured the market, took me on an initial hunt, read my reactions – a mix of excitement and some disappointment, then regrouped to show me what I eventually went with. While she was great at helping me find what was reasonable and setting expectations, through the final closing process she was also knowledgeable. I had to compromise and bring down my “unicorn home” expectations, but I got the main things I was looking for – location, view, and in-budget. I had to compromise on size and update the look to modernize and go with my taste but hey, that’s SF! Thanks to Dulmaa I have a home in SF I’m happy with. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is savvy, personable, and well-informed."

"As a first-time home buyer, I really didn’t know where to look to find a good agent. So I went to Zillow to be assigned to agents. Every agent went through the same process, they spoke to me and then put me in an automated campaign where every day I’d be sent between 3-30 listings. I had no idea which listing was good or bad and really wasn’t interested in trying to figure out 100+ listings. Christian is different. He talked me through the whole process and would text me specific links to a new listing if he felt I would like the house. He then took care of everything, the tour, the disclosures, everything. He worked with us hand in hand as a true partner and teammate. I genuinely felt like he was in this alongside us as opposed to all of the other agents who I could smell their commission breath. Christian is an incredible agent and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is nice, thoughtful, and most importantly an excellent listener. He’s well-connected and educated me on the process of buying a home. He did a great job of setting my expectations and also walking me through the process of offering all the way to closing escrow. I’d give him a 7/5 if I could."
