"Michelle and her team are the best. No question. She was our realtor when we bought our first house, in San Francisco, and she took us every step of the way answering all my many questions, sending us tons of prospective houses to look at according to our interests, and she was recently our agent when we sold the same house. The Covid economy hit us hard, and we were crushed to sell our thought-to-be forever house. The sale though (unlike the buy) was a lot tougher, as we put up our house during July 2023 at the height of the high interest mortgage rates and only climbing higher to its peak in Oct '23 when it finally sold. We had some difficulties with our duplex neighbor, which could have potentially blown up the deal with the one buyer (pets, HOA rules, negotiations), but Michelle handled the negotiations like a champ! She was sensitive to my neighbor's concerns, but also the buyer's too, and she took the lead making the sale go through even at the price point we had first agreed to, and a little higher in fact. This last is amazing considering the economic circumstances of the time. She had advised us against going lower, when our house had been sitting on the stagnant market for so long and we had a low-balling potential making an offer. We would have lost 200k if we went with that low-ball first buyer. Michelle read the market accurately, had great gut feelings about what to do when, and her experience handling the most difficult of situations (I won't go into the details but it was a sale from "heck") with everyone coming out happy and satisfied with the negotiations is truly amazing. If I ever buy property in San Francisco again, I will look at no one else. She was worth every penny of her very reasonable commission rate, and I am amazed at her hard work and agency for our behalf. I would give six starts if I could, and I don't usually gush in such reviews, which are my many."
