Kathy Tai is a San Francisco Bay Area Realtor® with Mosaik Real Estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across San Francisco, Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside. In six years, she has closed over $100M in sales volume, helped more than 100 families, and is ranked in the Top 1.5% of Realtors Nationwide.

Kathy works most often with four types of clients: first-time homebuyers who want the process explained clearly and without pressure, first-time sellers navigating a listing for the first time, buyers and families relocating to the Bay Area for a new job, including many coming to the tech and biotech companies on the Peninsula and in South San Francisco, and clients buying, selling, or investing in higher-end properties, including move-up purchases and 1031 exchanges.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Kathy brings deep local market knowledge to every transaction and is fluent in English and Mandarin, which she uses often with relocating and international clients. She's recognized as Best of Zillow and holds a 5.0 rating across her reviews, with clients and colleagues describing her as calm under pressure, straightforward, and thorough.

Her approach is transparent: she walks clients through the data, the tradeoffs, and the options so they can make decisions with confidence, not pressure. Whether it's a first purchase, a competitive offer, a relocation timeline, or a complex sale, Kathy keeps the process clear, structured, and manageable from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys fitness, travel, and good food, and is a proud dog mom to her Frenchie, Uni. She believes good representation should feel steady, informed, and well-executed, and she builds relationships with clients that last well past closing day.
