Hello! I’m David Lee, a lifelong San Francisco resident with a deep passion for real estate. From a young age, I was fascinated by the ever-evolving landscape of the city, and I’ve always been drawn to its unique neighborhoods, historic charm, and vibrant energy. Growing up here, I developed a love for real estate that has stayed with me throughout my life. With over 15 years of mortgage lending experience and a real estate investor background, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. I’ve seen firsthand how real estate can be both a personal and financial asset, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients navigate the market with confidence.

Whether you're buying your first home, looking for an investment property, or exploring the many wonderful opportunities San Francisco has to offer, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My knowledge of the local market, combined with my experience in lending and investing, allows me to offer valuable insights that help you make informed decisions. I genuinely believe that real estate is more than just a transaction—it's about building a future, and I’m excited to be a part of that journey with you.
